2. Subscription Service
- Our art mail club is a monthly subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the date you originally signed up.
- You will be charged the subscription fee plus shipping for each renewal.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your renewal date.
- Example: If you signed up on 8th January, you must cancel before 8th February to avoid the next charge.
- Cancelling does not affect orders already processed or shipped.
4. Refunds
- Payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of error or exceptional circumstances.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- UK customers: Shipping is included in the subscription price.
- International customers: Shipping costs are additional and must be paid at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.

- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising orders placed by minors.
